Return Request and Authorization:

You must submit your return request within 30 days of purchase.
Once approved, we will send you an email with detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
You are responsible for prepaying the return shipping and insuring the item for its full value. Please note that the risk of loss or damage during shipping remains with you until the item is received at our facility.

Return Instructions:

Include a printed copy of the RMA email with your returned item.
We will only process a refund if:
1. The printed copy of the email with your RMA number is included.
2. The item is returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

Condition for Full Refund:

To receive a full refund, the returned item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in Like New condition, meaning there should be no visible signs of wear.
It must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Items showing minor signs of use may still qualify for return but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items that are damaged, broken, or show significant wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns for BallFlight products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Additional Requirements:

Any gifts or free products included in your original purchase must also be returned.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase.
After the returned item is inspected, your refund, minus any shipping and applicable restocking fees, will be processed within 5 business days.

Excellent simulator

I'm very happy with Nova. It's totally as I expected and the experience of customer service was 100% as they set it up for me. I would recommend Nova to a friend and the Orion software has great graphics. So 10 of a ten for me.

Very good simulator for the money. Highly recommend optishot to everyone. They have sims for every single budget. Jeff there is a great support for the Nova too!

Best deal for the money!

I already had the optishot 2, and the orbit. This one is the best so far from what I can tell. It was easy to set up. A technician from Optishot set everything up. I didn't have to do anything except watch him. Aim setup was easy and it's good to go. By far the best deal for the money. And no subscriptions to deal with. My 16 team league will have fun this winter.

Changed my game!!!

The Nova has changed my game and approach to golf. Rain or shine, hot or cold, I can go golfing! Given that the Nova also works down the line, I regularly have friends over and we can take turns playing shots without adjusting the Nova. Getting immediate real time data on my shot including the ball flight path has been hugely helpful. And getting to keep all the golf courses for life instead of a monthly subscription is huge for me as well as the cost of the system being more reasonable than comparable systems out there.
